The Somberton man Australia

Somerton Beach December 1st, 1948

An 11-year-old boy is walking on the beach with his Dog Dandy, Dandy finds this man and urinates on him a man. He thought that he was sleeping but when he got closer he realized he was not. He ran home and told his mom he saw a dead body and his mom called the cops. On the Somerton beach, a man is dressed immaculately in suit shoes was shined.

And his head was leaning against the wall. . The suspected cause of death was heart failure but thought it would be poisoning however an autopsy ruled out both. The last thing he had eaten was a pasty which I think has to be an Australian way of saying Pastry. No wallet no ID all nametags on the clothing are snipped off. Fingerprints were unfound this guy was off the grid. It was on the news and people came and saw the body and no one could confirm who he was 4 months later they find a sewen in the pocket like a secret pocket and this piece of paper is from what they think is a book called the Rubia and this book apparently is rare. The printed words on it say Tama Shud which is Hebrew for it is ended. They thought okay maybe this could be a suicide But who would kill themselves with an untraceable poison and have this note in a secret part of their pants?

Now they are looking for this book but they can’t find it they do bury him they do embalm him so they can have something on for this case.

8 months later of when the body is found a man walks into the police station with a copy of the Rubiat. His story is he claims he found a book in his car at Somerton beach but at the time he thought nothing of it until he heard about the search for this man in a newspaper. The book has part of the page torn out and it is the same part of the page as that was found with this man. This came from this specific book. They look at the book and there is this phone number in it as well as some strange code that has never been cracked.

The number leads them to this woman named Jessica Thomson who lives nearby. When they interview her she is very evasive and apparently, she was crying and hyperventilation the whole time having a panic attack. She did say she gave the book to a man named Alfred Boxolt he does have a copy of the Rubiot. Later they find out that Jessica has a son and this son had very similar dental and ear similarities to this man.

Theories:

He was a spy and someone took him out

Jessica Thomson knew this man and then they got into an altercation and she used ricin or something. gf,,.

Just as of the 22th of August they have dug him up and they are taking the remains and testing them for DNA.

Timmothy Pitzen

May 11 2011 Timmothy was dropped off at school In Aurora Illinois. He was dropped off by his Father James and picked back up by his mother Amy shortly after he was dropped off. His mother took him on a 3 day trip to various amusement parks and she was found in a hotel it appeared she committed suicide with a note saying Timmothy was safe but has never been seen again.

Timmothy Pitzen was born in Aurora, Illinois on October 18, 2004 as the only child of James Pitzen and Amy Joan Marie Fry-Pitzen. On May 11, 2011, Timmothy’s father dropped him off at his kindergarten class at Greenman Elementary School. His mother checked him out of class between 8:10 and 8:15 AM , citing a non-existent family emergency. She dropped her vehicle off at a repair shop at 10:00 AM. An employee of the shop drove Fry-Pitzen and her son to the Brookfield Zoo. They returned and retrieved their vehicle at 3:00 PM, and drove to the KeyLime Cove Resort in Gurnee, where they spent the night. On May 12, 2011, the pair drove to Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin DellsWisconsin, and were spotted on security footage in the checkout line at 10:00 AM the next day. Timmothy has not been seen since.

Between 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. on May 13, 2011, Fry-Pitzen telephoned several family members, including her mother and brother-in-law, telling them that she and Timmothy were safe and not in any danger.

Cell phone records indicated the calls were made from an area northwest of sterling IL

James Timmothy’s dad called her several times and could hear Timmothy in the background saying he was hungry. Amy refused to tell him where she was James did not find out that Amy had took Timmothy until he went to get him from school that day and the school already told him his mom checked him out.

Amy and James had discussed divorce recently and Amy was talking to her ex-husband and James had discovered this while he says he is unsure if she was cheating on him he made it very clear he wasn’t okay with her talking to him.

Amy had been divorced 3 times prior to this and family members of Amy think that maybe she was scared that she wouldn’t get full custody due to her being divorced 3 times and her having bi-polar.

Amy told James one time when he called that Timmothy belongs to me.

Timmothy was last seen on security camera footage at about 10 a.m. on May 13, 2011, when he and his mom checked out of the Kalahari resort in Wisconsin.

At 7:25 p.m. May 13, 2011, Amy was seen, alone, on security cameras at a the Family Dollar. where she purchased a pen, notepaper and envelopes. At 8:00 p.m., she was sighted at a Sullivan’s Food store in Winnebago, IL, again unaccompanied At 11:15 p.m., she checked into the Rockford Inn where sometime that night or the next morning, she took her own life by slashing her wrists and neck and overdosing At 12:30 p.m. on May 14, 2011, her body was found by a hotel maid along with a note saying she was sorry for the mess and that Timothy was safe and would never be found.

The Knife that Amy used was found right next to her they also found a lot of blood of Timmothys in the car but this could also of been from a nosebleed he had that same month. The car was found on the side of route 78 as well Her cell phone was not found until 2013 near route 78 as well.

In 2015, police pursued a tip after a Florida caller said there was a boy in her neighborhood who looked a lot like an age-progressed image of Timmothy that had been produced by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. But it was a dead end.

On April 3 2019 police were called to a teenager who was wandering the highway. When the boy was found he told police he was Timmothy. But they found out that this boy was not in fact Timmothy from a DNA test.

I originally before going into this case thought that Amy Killed him but there is no evidence of a clean-up or anything. I think she gave him to someone else that she thought he would be safe with. I am not sure how he has kept quiet this whole time tho.

Theories:

That Amy gave him to a friend or family member. Someone that she trusted.

That Amy killed her son. There was a farm feild where Amy’s phone was found which would make a good place to hide a body but the police never got permission to search the field.

That James staged her killing and hid Timmothy or sold him to a sex ring. ( I personally do not think this it is just a theory some have)

Christmas Jane Doe

Nothing gets to me more than a John or Jane Doe. Being gone without anyone even knowing what happened. Regardless of if you had no family, or they just think your missing it is always upsetting to me to lay to rest those who are nameless. This case is where we look for theories on what happened to this Jane Doe, at Christmas time.

It was December 18 of 1996, in the Pleasant Valley Memorial Park (A cemetery) in Annadale Virginia. Our Jane Doe went to where the babies and children are buried. She then proceeded to set up a small Christmas tree, before mysteriously taking her own life, leaving behind no identification or real clues to who she was.

This leaves so many questions, why in that cemetery? Why would she commit Suicide? Why go through the trouble to set up a Christmas Tree? And why would she want to be a Jane Doe? Lets get on to the only few clues we have.

Jane was found by a groundskeeper who worked there at Pleasant Valley Memorial. She was laying on a clear plastic sheet on the ground. Why would she have laid down the sheet? Was she trying to provide an easy cleanup for her own remains?

Her cause of death was suffocation, as she had taped a plastic bag around her own head… or so we assume. Technically, nothing I read reported any chance or murder, but could it be a possibility? An elaborate murder made to look like a suicide. Perhaps they have more evidence that wasn’t released, but are we positive this was really a suicide and not a murder?

She was wearing headphones, playing cassette tapes of comedians. Was this to lighten her last moments? Help her be content in her last moments? Does this point more to an actual suicide or was it a distraction? It was also found that she had consumed brandy and taken Valium before her death. Once again does this further point to suicide to calm nerves, or point to murder because they were making her less likely to fight back.

There was a scar on the abdomen, which is possibly a C-section scar. Could this be related to why she was in the children’s section of the cemetery, could she have had a child buried in there? She was wearing clothes from upscale department stores, and had a medical alert bracelet that read “No Cod, DNR, No Penicillin.” So, this points to the fact that she probably wasn’t homeless, means she had something, how did that go unnoticed? Why weren’t they able to track the medical bracelet, I feel like that should provide information? Is it different now than it was in the 90’s?

Besides the tree and the cassette her possessions included: a knapsack with a cassette tape of “You might be a redneck” as well as a tape of Monty Python and the holy grail… two empty juice bottles, a red scarf, a newly purchased roll of masking tape, two envelopes… one labeled cemetery and one labeled coroner, and a child sized pink mini mouse fannie pack that had been well worn and was mended with safety pins. She obviously liked comedy, was this because her own life seemed so dull or upsetting that she the tapes were her attempt to brighten her life? Was the masking tape purchased by her? Was the fannie pack something of a deceased child?

Inside each envelope was a 50 dollar bill and a note reading. “Deceased by own hand… prefer no autopsy. Please order cremation with funds provided. Thank you, Jane Doe.” Why, why would you sign your name Jane Doe? Also, in the envelope was a poem, written by a typewriter. It read: “Now I lay me down to sleep. So to drift the eternal sleep. And though I die and shall not wake. Sleep sweeter will be than this life I forsake.” OMG, who was she, what was going on in her life??? Why was this the only route for her, and why didn’t she want people to know who she was???

Estimates state that she was between 50 and 70 years old, five feet tall and about 157 lbs. She had curly copper red hair and their were no vehicles at the cemetery. How did she get there with all that stuff? Was she dropped off? Took a bus? Walked? How local was she?

Theories: If you google her as a Jane Doe and the cemetery she was found in an article from find a grave comes up for one Brandi Rae Ballard, who died at 9 years old December 18 1989 at a hospital. I can’t find more cause of death than that. She was buried there in that cemetery. According to the sit it says she was survived by: Her mother (Carmen Ballard) two sisters, one brother, and her grandparents. So we have to wonder, was this woman Carmen Ballard, mother to this small girl who had died seven years earlier? Also, it doesn’t mention her father surviving her, had he also passed away? If this Jane Doe is Carmen what about the other siblings it says are still alive, how would the not claim her?

A theory from reddit is that she is Donna Lee Thompson who was 49 years old when she went missing from Michigan in April of 1996… her van was found in Michigan in August of 1996 but no trace of her was ever found. Some, have theories as to the fact that Donna Lee Thompson is the Jane Doe found.

Another reddit theory is Carmella Maria Gutierrez who went missing from Chattanooga, Tennessee in January of 1990. Date of birth is 3/19/1943 so the woman would now be 77. Had an appendectomy and a hysterectomy which would explain the scar… however what was she doing for six years and how did she end up there?

I personally go more with Carmen Ballard, due to the possibility of a child buried there on the same date, it explains more to me… however it is still a mystery as to why no one ever claimed the woman.

Holly Moore

19 years old she is living in Colorado she loves to spend time with her sister. the university of Colorado takes care of the elderly and taking care of her mom.

Her mom had MS March 6, 2015, Holly’s sister is waiting for her to pick her up for work. And she texts and called her when she was late. Their dad is concerned. The roommate answers the phone and the roommate says that she isn’t breathing she is seriously allergic to peanuts. Is that why?

When they got there the cop wouldn’t allow them inside Police said they passed away. She passed away suddenly they wouldn’t leave until they saw her. Her family’s shock the night before they said Holly died by strangling herself with an electric blanket.

Police didn’t see holly hanging she was down. They were told the roommate said he cut her down. She is a 6ft tall woman with a position of her she couldn’t physically hang herself and they said her hands were not in suicide position. They also said that her stuffed animals on her bed were neat and orderly and her dresses were color coordinated and that was not her.

She paid her rent two days ago and she was planning on going to go snowboarding. Police said that it was suicide and that was that. No signs of a struggle and a note on her leg. It had ten names of people that Holly had on her legs. They wrapped all the way around her leg. forensics says that they were written by two other people.

The way they were written was the same way the roommate wrote it. He denies this. He apparently worked at Wendy’s before when she did. He said that he saw her car parked outside and keys on the counter and her door was shut and they planned to go into the hot tub but he never asked her. They say Holly’s roommate isn’t a suspect. Holly’s family hire a PI they said someone cleaned it and the forensic expert that said that it is very unlikely that she hung herself with the way her neck broke when she died, her collar bone was broken which is a sign she was struggling to fight with someone not hanging herself.

Her collar bone was broken so they think they can’t commit suicide when having a collar bone broken. A medical examiner said he broke her collar bone and that this was part of the procedure but other medical examiners say that is very suspicious, Holly has been on anti-depressants 10 days before her death she stopped taking them. 8:23 pm on the night she died she sent a text to her ex. saying My body is desperately addicted to keeping me sane. He said tough it out. She said U don’t deserve a goodbye which the police took it as look it’s a goodbye.

But Holly’s family said that she has said that to him before. Holly’s sister said he was aggressive such as when she put down a window in a car and he slapped her and on her birthday he gave her birthday spankings in front of her family and she was crying saying stop till her dad had to pull him off of her. One month before her disappearance Holly’s dad got a call from her boyfriend saying Holly’s going to jump off the roof and he said what roof and he said yours.

He said I am in my front yard and she isn’t on his roof. He and her days before were fighting through text. That night she dies the names on her leg were sent to the ex-boyfriend in a text nothing else. Police won’t give them all of the evidence normally through suicide evidence they would give all of the evidence.

2019 DNA testing 2 other people were in the apartment besides the roommate that night. 15 months after her death her mother dies.
